10 Year Limited Warranty On Kona Guitars
5 Year Limited Warranty On Kona Guitar Amplifiers

Kona guitars and Kona guitar amplifiers are warranted to be free from defective material and workmanship from the date of purchase when purchased from an authorized Kona guitar dealer. This Kona guitar warranty covers the repair of any defective part or material that was part of the Kona guitar or Kona guitar amplifier when it was originally purchased (excluding guitar strings).

Warranty Coverage:
For a period of 5 years on Kona guitars or 1 year on Kona guitar amplifiers after the original purchase date, Kona Guitars will warranty any material or workmanship that is deemed defective (excluding guitar strings) by Kona Guitars during normal use. Kona Guitars, at its option, will replace or repair at no charge the defective Kona guitar or Kona guitar amplifier. This warranty does not cover any damages caused by misuse, abuse, changes made to the product either cosmetically or otherwise, accident, neglect or repairs made by someone other than Kona Guitars. To request warranty service, a return authorization must first be obtained by contacting us. Once we hear from you, we will let you know what steps to take.
